What is your turn around time?

Upon placing your order, an order summary for you to review will be e-mailed to you. If you still need a proof after reviewing, the proof will be sent to your email address within 1-3 business days. Without a proof, an order can ship out usually within 1-3 business days.

Are the colors and text customizable? How do I select the colors?

A color chart is displayed within each listing. Colors are completely customizable for all of our prints.

Will I get to see a proof before it gets shipped?

Only if you need to see one after reviewing an order summary. A proof can be sent to your email address within 1-3 business days for all personalized items.

How are your items shipped?

Shipping is a flat $4.99 fee for all domestic orders.
All orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail (3-6 business days for Domestic / 10-14 business days for International).
In a rush? Shipping can be upgraded to Priority Mail (3-4 business days) upon checkout!

Are frames included with the prints?

Frames are not included with our prints. However, frames can easily be found at craft and home decor stores such as Michael's Crafts, Bed Bath and Beyond, and Target. Amazon.com also has a great selection of frames.

Do you offer both prints and canvas?

No. I don't currently offer in canvas.  

How are your prints packaged?

Our 5x7 & 8x10 prints are packaged in a sturdy flat mailer. 11x14 & larger print sizes will ship in a cylinder mailing tube. Every order is carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival. 

I'm ordering a gift. Can you ship directly to the recipient?

Yes! If you'd like to send a gift directly to the recipient, simply update the shipping address upon checking out. A complimentary gift message can be sent along with your gift order.

Can you rush my order?

If you're in a time crunch, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request. You can also choose to expedite your shipping method to 2-4 Priority Mail upon check out as well.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship world wide! For your convenience, a shipping notification as well as a tracking number will be provided upon shipment for all orders. Please note that any custom fees or VAT taxes for international orders will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

What is your return policy?

Due to the customized nature of our designs, we can only accept returns on ready-to-ship products within 1 week of receipt. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee of ready-to-ship products. 

Cancellations made within 24 hrs of purchase will be refunded in full. A design fee will be applied for cancellations made after a proof has been created.

Please review your proofs carefully for any typos or mistakes before confirming your approval. 

If your item arrives damaged from shipping, let us know within 1 week of receipt and we will gladly replace it for you. 

If you have any concerns with your purchase, please let us know right away so we can remedy the situation. We strive for happy customers and we appreciate your feedback!

Are you offering any discounts?

You can sign up for our newsletter to receive 10% off your first order. We have sales periodically and have exclusive discounts for email subscribers. Make sure to sign up so you don't miss out!

Do you offer digital files for your prints?

Most of our personalized art prints are available as digital files. Please contact us for pricing.

Can you print in a different language?

Yes! Just provide us with a text file with your personalized text to heartwritingsdesign.com. 

Can you create a custom order for me? 

Custom orders are welcome! Please contact me and I'd be happy to discuss any creative projects with you!
